Wellness coaching rooted in strength, consistency, and real life capacity

a grounded approach, built over time

Years of experience taught me what actually holds and what doesn’t

I didn’t begin my career in wellness.

I was trained to think critically, to research deeply, and to communicate with clarity.

My background in marketing, public relations, and advanced academic study shaped how I approach problems: by asking better questions, seeking evidence, and resisting oversimplified answers.

That foundation still informs everything I do.

I spent more than a decade teaching.

Starting as an English teacher, then a librarian, I loved the work. I loved watching understanding click and confidence grow.

But, I also learned what it costs to live in constant output.

As a single mother, I reached a point where success on paper didn’t match the life I wanted to be present for. I needed more capacity—for myself and for my daughter.

So I made a deliberate shift.

I didn’t quit teaching. I change the setting.

Every degree taught me how to research.
Every classroom taught me patience and adaptability.
Every gym and studio floor reinforced perseverance and respect for process.

Today, all of that experience is integrated into how I work with women navigating real life, changing bodies, and evolving priorities.

I don’t believe in forcing transformation.
I believe in building what lasts.

Training & Credentials

My Approach

What began as an exploration of fitness and health became a clear approach to sustainable support.

Today, my work centers on helping women build health practices that fit their lives: supporting strength, engagement, and long-term capacity without relying on pressure or extremes.

This approach isn’t defined by credentials alone. It’s defined by attention: taking the time to understand context, capacity, and change, and applying that insight to build habits that hold.

JOURNEY OF YOU

his work is not one-size-fits-all, and it’s not a one-time interaction.

Health changes as life changes. This approach allows for ongoing refinement, so support evolves as your needs, priorities, and capacity shift over time.

Lasting impact

The goal is not short-term motivation.

It’s the development of sustainable habits that can withstand disruption, stress, and transition, without requiring constant effort or reinvention.
