Each workout follows the same clear structure so you always know what you’re walking into:
5 minutes: Warm-up and preparation
10 minutes: Strength work (this is the main work)
5 minutes: Core, abs, and cooldown
That’s 20 minutes total — done intentionally.

The strength work section can be repeated one or two additional times if you want a longer, more intensive session.
